Application of Bottom Tipping Semi-trailer

Basic Structure of Bottom Tipping Semi-trailer
1. Frame of the Trailer
Rectangular Frame Construction;
Rational longitudinal beam and cross beam structure enable the frame stress rationally;
Reinforcing plate and strengthening rib are installed in strong-force area.

2. Carriage of the trailer
Funnel type carriage and elliptic type side board;
Strengthening ribs are distributed inside of the carriage;
Tilting type front board and back board;
Backflow board is equipped to ensu
re goods or materials can flow to the bottom discharging hole and ensure all materials can be unloaded; - There are 3 discharging holes at the bottom of the carriage and 3 flashboards are equipped to close the discharging holes;
3 flashboards are connected by a connecting board in order to guarantee the sealing ability of the discharging holes while closed the flashboards.

3. Open and close device of the flashboards
Two air cylinders or hydraulic cylinders are installed on each side of the flashboards. The cylinders are used to drive the flashboards.

4. Pneumatic System and Control System
Pneumatic System
The given pressure is 0.6MPa; please don't modify it at will.
An oil cup is installed at the bottom of the Oil Mist Device. It should be filled with engine oil to prolong the service life of the cylinder. Refill it on time.

5. Manual Unloading Mechanism
Manual unloading mechanism is available for the install of gear, gear rack and hand-operating handle. We can still unload goods when the pneumatic system is out of order.

Manual Hydraulic Lifting system;
Storage rack;
Manual-operating piston pump etc.
Two spare wheels can be stored.

7. Toolbox & Staircase Toolbox & Staircase are provided, so it is more convenient for operation.

8. Outrigger
Out trigger is installed in the front part of the dump trailer, so the semi-trailer can be connected and removed.
